Special Olympics Bharat is instilling the senior management team a diverse blend of outstanding corporate and non-profit experience with the aim of promoting its mission. There are directors of the regional offices situated in different geographic areas of the world and their focus is on the growth and anche improvement of the programs in the area assigned to them. There is the Global Athlete Leadership Council who is also an asset to Special Olympics Bharat and its members consist of Athlete Leaders from all regions. This council is essential in providing the Special Olympics Bharat International Board of Directors and the Leadership Team with insights, recommendations, and creative suggestions on the activities of the organization so that the voices of athletes with intellectual disabilities from all the regions are heard in the operating of the organization.
